Meet the team
Roland graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting and Management (1976) and is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and the Governance Institute of Australia.
Roland has been associated with financial analytical studies and mineral exploration and production companies since 1979 and was formerly Chief Accountant at the Kalgoorlie Consolidated Gold Mine Super Pit. More recently he has been Company Secretary / Financial Controller for numerous ASX listed and Non ASX listed companies across a broad range of industry sectors.
Mike has been involved with the commercial management and development of numerous corporations, both public and private for over 45 years.
Since qualifying as a Bachelor of Commerce and a Chartered Accountant he has held positions in both finance and operations management of ASX listed companies and been involved in numerous marketing and capital raising projects.
He has consulted to both the World Bank & Asian Development Bank and held management positions in expatriate corporations in south east Asia.
Dr John Scougall is a program evaluator and strategic planner, having worked with organisations in the not-for-profit, academic, public and private sectors for more than four decades.
He has a particular interest in issues of governance, management, community development and social capital. John has authored peer reviewed publications and is the recipient of several awards. His qualifications include a B.Econ, MA Public Policy and a PhD.
Rox has 25 years experience in effectively utilising cutting edge technologies to assist organisations improve performance across a wide range of sectors.
Rox duxed his Royal Australian Air Force Junior Officer Initial Course before graduating from UWA with a Bachelor of Science majoring in Information Technology. He is a Senior Member of the Australian Computer Society.
Rox is an innovative thinker and project manager, highly skilled in effectively solving business problems using technology.
For more than 25 years Michelle has been applying her skills and expertise to enable organisations, teams and individuals achieve transformation, leadership growth and performance goals. She holds an internationally recognised Master Coaching accreditation and is a member of the International Coaching Council and is studying towards an MBA.
Having worked across and within many industries including not for profit, public and private sectors, Michelle has experience with the development and implementation of business growth strategies including mergers and acquisitions.
In her role with ROKSTEADYGRC, Michelle partners with consultants and organisations to assist them integrate the ROKSTEADYGRC Digital Governance tool to achieve improved visibility and governance outcomes.
